We ship our poker strategy books worldwide. No matter where you are located, we will get your books to you.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
- Standard shipping: flat rate of $9.99 USD per order, anywhere in the world.
- Order processing: orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days.
- Delivery time: standard delivery takes approximately 5-8 business days after your order ships.
Delivery times are estimates provided for your planning purposes and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing for international orders, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey to your door.
SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. Mr.BadBeat is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us due to an address issue, please contact us to arrange re-shipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our $9.99 USD shipping rate.
DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, or if it has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, please contact us right away and we will make it right.
